We want you to be totally satisfied with your order, however we understand if a product doesn’t work out and want to make sure the return is as painless as possible.
If you wish to return a product, please do so within 7 days days from the ship date for a refund on the purchase price, minus shipping, gift wrap, or any other non-refundable items. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card or paypal account used for payment. If you received any free gifts or promotional items with your order, you would also need to enclose these with your return otherwise we will not be able to complete your refund in full and you could be charged for missing items.

- Complete the “Return form” enclosed in your original order and place it inside the return package. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original package if possible).
